Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus, known for her captivating roles, has revealed how a serious health challenge forced her to sell her two cars.
Badmus, who has been absent from the movie scene for some time, made this known during a surprise online prank that transformed into a heartfelt interview.
The prankster, Omoga, accompanied by actor Olamilekan Ayinla, visited Badmus at her home, asking for a loan of N7 million for a movie production, unaware of her ongoing health and financial struggles.
In a candid moment, Badmus shared her story, stating that she had been battling illness for two years, which led to her selling her vehicles.
She revealed, “Thank God for life, the period that you’ve come is quite tough. I’ve been sick for two years, what a pity! What I have now is twenty thousand Naira and I will give it to you, but as you progress with the movie production, I will support you more."
Badmus, clearly emotional, further explained her dire situation, saying, “I’ve been very sick for two years now and I even sold my two cars."
Her openness during the prank interview has sparked reactions from fans, who have expressed their sympathies and sent her well-wishes for a speedy recovery.
