Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ben, has declared his intent to pursue legal action against fellow contestants, Wanni and Handi, following accusations of inappropriate behaviour during their time in the house.
The controversy arose after Wanni alleged that Ben touched Handi's nipple while she was asleep.
In a statement during media rounds on Monday, Ben firmly denied the accusations, asserting his innocence.
He revealed that he has already informed both his legal team and management to begin the process of pressing charges.
“I have informed my lawyer and manager about the issue. I have also asked the organisers to release footage to press charges against Wanni and Handi for accusing me of touching her inappropriately,” Ben stated.
He further noted that the area where the alleged incident took place is monitored by four cameras, making it highly unlikely for such an event to go unnoticed.
“There are four cameras in that area, there is no way none of them captured something like that. I will press charges but I can’t do anything without the footage,” Ben added.
The situation has sparked widespread debate, with fans and media outlets awaiting further developments as Ben prepares to take legal steps to clear his name.
