Some Villains Don't Die Pt 21
"I..Um..Uh..." yen said struggling to answer the question thrown at him. He sneaked into the medical group after his little chat with ann and took a doctor's scrub and facemask to blend in perfectly. He had expected someone to notice something was off but not too early.
"You sneaked in?" the doctor added seeing yen fumbling with words.
He gasped. He couldn't believe he had been seen through and it's not like he could knock him out and just escape his interrogation, there were a lot of onlookers especially after the bomb he himself set off which of course they don't know. But it was enough to put everyone on alert mode and a lot of eyes and ears were very keen on this discussion with the doctor especially after the word "sneaked in" was used.
"Um..I... I'm new.." yen replied still fumbling with words. He couldn't believe himself. He could kill a dozen of bodybuilders with guns all by himself but surprisingly couldn't stand the heat of this discussion. It made his face flush with redness which was very visible. Who'd have thought this was the revered (feared actually) mystery assassin in a doctor's attire about to pass out from a mere interrogation.
"Who didn't sneak in on his first time?" the doctor said laughing as he pat yen on his back.
"I sneaked in during my first time too. My superior wouldn't allow me go out on field emergency medical trips and I needed experience so of course, I went without his permission," the doctor added.
"it's still sneaking! Although we all did it!" one of the doctors in the ambulance yelled followed by a loud laugh from the rest of the medical personnels around.
"Yes. Yes, that's what happened." yen replied letting out a sigh of relief. They misunderstood quite perfectly.
"So who's your superior? You'd still get your punishment like all of us did," the doctor said to yen.
"Huh?" yen said fearing this time he'd really be caught.
