Ingredients:
- 2 cups of ground egusi (melon seeds)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 1 cup of chopped vegetables (such as spinach, bitter leaves, or pumpkin)
- 1 cup of meat or fish (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of ground crayfish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of water

1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until softened.
3. Add the ground egusi and stir well.
