She revealed the devastating loss of one of her children, Olamide Ajimuda, to cholera. Yvonne Jegede, known for her roles in various Nigerian movies, also disclosed that she has been the sole financial provider for three children, including Olamide.Yvonne Jegede first met Olamide when he was in Primary 4, and she had been supporting him through his education journey. Tragically, Olamide's promising life was cut short as he was expected to advance to Junior Secondary School 3 after the summer break.Despite this heartbreaking loss, Yvonne Jegede shared a bittersweet update about the achievements of her other two children whom she supports. Recently, they graduated from secondary school, including Olamide's sister. Yvonne expressed a mix of sadness and fulfillment, noting that while she may not have limitless financial resources, these milestones bring her immense joy and a sense of completeness.Managing the financial responsibilities for these children since 2019 has been challenging yet fulfilling for Yvonne Jegede, whom she attributes to divine providence and unwavering faith. Olamide and I met when he was in Primary 4 and was supposed to go to JSS3 after this summer break. The news broke my heart. I am also happy that two of my children graduated yesterday from secondary school, and one of them is Olamide’s sister. I don’t have all the money in the world, but this makes my world complete. Since 2019 till date, I don’t know how I do it, but my God provides enough to carry them through. Rest In Power Olamide Ajimuda."
