In a heated social media exchange on Wednesday, Wizkid revealed why Puma selected Davido over him for the brand collaboration, sparking further debate in the ongoing rivalry between the two Nigerian superstars.The incident gained traction after an X (formerly Twitter) user, @Nelson Epega, suggested that Wizkid was envious of Davido's new partnership with Puma. According to Epega, Wizkid was showing signs of frustration over the deal, adding fuel to the online supremacy battle between the two artists' fan bases.Wizkid, however, was quick to address the accusations, responding in a viral post on X. He clarified that he had turned down Puma's offer because the brand was unable to meet his financial demands.
