Davido, the Nigerian music star, recently hinted at a possible future in politics. Speaking at a summit in Abuja, he expressed a cautious interest in entering the political arena. When asked directly, he replied, "Let me be singing for now, I think for now I am good at my job (music)." However, he acknowledged the complex nature of Nigerian politics, describing it as "sweet but complicated."
Davido also voiced hope for Nigeria's future, particularly in terms of youth involvement in governance. He mentioned that the younger generation is "getting older and wiser," showing optimism for their role in shaping the country's future.
It’s noteworthy that politics runs in Davido's family. His uncle, Ademola Adeleke, currently serves as the Governor of Osun State after winning the 2022 election.
